Where is Third Eye Supply located?
We are based in southern Ohio, USA 

Are your crystals ethically sourced?
We get this question a lot, and there is no cut and dry answer. Many crystal shops and mineral dealers claim to have exclusively *ethically sourced* materials,  a tagline which has become a baseless sales tactic and is a rather bold claim for the industry. The word 'ethical' when dealing with crystals, has many facets (pun intended). And frankly, unless you have personally been to each and every mine you are purchasing material from, there is no way to guarantee that the process has been wholly ethical from start to finish. We will never refer to our minerals as 'ethically sourced' because of this- but we do everything in our power to source counsiously and work exclusively with people around the world who are in alignment with our morals and values.

Are there other ways to shop with you?
Yes! If you're looking for a more personalized and interactive way to shop with us- join a Live Sale! We do weekly Live Sales on TikTok where we show a table full of carefully curated crystals and minerals from around the world. This allows us to show off the crystals better than we ever could in a website listing, and you can interact with us in real time! You can also DM us on Instagram for one-on-one  shopping or with any questions.

Can I add a website order to my current open box?
Yes! If you currently have an open box you can use code 'OPENBOX' at checkout to waive additional shipping fees. If there is any additional shipping required for items added to your order, we will invoice that via PayPal on your next live sale order or when you are ready to close your box.

PLEASE NOTE- you are not able to START an open box via website order. This code is only to be used if you have an EXISTING open box. If that requirement is not met and the 'OPENBOX' code is used at checkout, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

 

Shipping & Handling:

When will my package ship?
Our current processing time is 3-7 business days after your order is placed. 

How long does shipping take?
For customers within the US, shipping times vary from 1-5 business days.
(up to 8 business days for residents of Hawaii, Alaska and US territories)

What currier do you use?
Your package will ship with USPS or UPS dependent on the size and weight of your package and your location. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes and No. Unfortunately our website only offers US shipping at this time. However- if you see a piece you would like to purchase and live outside of the US- DM us on one of our social media platforms. We can check you out through PayPal and ship internationally this way 

** Please note: All packages will be packed with the utmost care and fragility in mind. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items once they are in the hands of the courier. Please consider adding shipping insurance at checkout. All claims should be filed with the corresponding courier **
