No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds policy

Hello! Thank you for shopping with Third Eye Supply. We strive to provide you with high quality products and excellent service. Please take a moment to review our No Return, exchange or refund policies. 

  1.  All Sales are final
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. All sales are final, and we do not accept any returns or offer exchanges for any items purchased in our store. All items on this website are non-refundable.

  2. Damaged items 
    We pack each item in every order with the utmost care and fragility in mind. However, postal workers are not always as caring. We are not responsible for packages once they have left our hands, and therefore, any damages to their contents while in transit. Shipping insurance is recommended and available to add at checkout. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, a claim must be filed with the corresponding courier. We will not offer refunds for damaged items.

  3. Order Issues 
    If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at thethirdeyesupply@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will investigate and address the problem as quickly as possible. 

  4. Product Descriptions
    We make every effort to ensure our product listings are as detailed and accurate as possible. Please read all descriptions carefully before purchasing. Photos are taken in natural lighting to best showcase our products; however, colors may vary due to your device settings.
